RULES: Each local fair is entitled to send ONLY the Grand Champion Quilt (judged best of show of all classes) to the District 8 Annual Meeting Convention. Quilts must be at least double bed size. ONLY FIRST place quilts from District 8 Annual Meting are eligible to enter the Canada Packers Competition.
