Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in moderateoven, 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.

Beef and Chicken Casserole
14 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1/2 tsp.
can Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 small
1 pkg. Lawry's Chicken Noodle Soup
1 small can mushrooms
31/2 cups hot water
'/z cup uncooked rice .
Brown beef, celery, onion, add soya sauce, seasoned
salt, soup mix, peas, mushrooms, water, and rice. Mix
well.
Pour in large casserole, cover and bake 1% hours at 350
degrees F. Remove cover and bake another "z hour.
Serves 8.

Delicious Lasagna
Ingredients:
1 to 11/2.1b. ground beef. Brown and drain off fat then add:
1 tbsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper
2 small cans tomato paste
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 can mushrooms (drained)
y - i/z cup chopped celery and diced onions
a/e - yz cup diced green pepper
Simmer for 1/2 hr.
In separate bowl mix:
1 pint cottage cheese
v2 tsP• pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Cut mozzarella cheese into slices (12 oz. )
Place in layers: .
1. Noodles 3 per layer
2. Cottage cheese mixture (about / of mixture)
3. Mozzarella cheese (about '/z of mixture)
4. Half of meat mixture
5. Grate cheddar sprinkle on meat mixture
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for '/z hr.
This recipe freezes well and tastes evep better the se-
cond time it is heated up.
