Lawry's Chicken Noodle Soup 1 small can mushrooms 31/2 cups hot water '/z cup uncooked rice . Brown beef, celery, onion, add soya sauce, seasoned salt, soup mix, peas, mushrooms, water, and rice. Mix well. Pour in large casserole, cover and bake 1% hours at 350 degrees F. Remove cover and bake another "z hour. Serves 8. Ann J. Cut mozzarella cheese into slices (12 oz. ) Place in layers: . 1. Noodles 3 per layer 2. Cottage cheese mixture (about / of mixture) 3. Mozzarella cheese (about '/z of mixture) 4. Half of meat mixture 5. Grate cheddar sprinkle on meat mixture Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees F. for '/z hr. This recipe freezes well and tastes evep better the se- cond time it is heated up.
