The Arthur Circle of Knox Presbyterian
Church held their monthly meeting on Mon-
day,. October 17th. '
Lee McCallum opened the meeting. by
welcoming Agnes Cutt, Betty Cot}lter and
Ruth Skeoch home from recent trips. Grace
Cameron and Ruth Keene were welcomed F,
back also.
Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus was sung ac-
companied' by Donna Sturdevant on the
piano.
Glenda Salters gave a Thanksgiving
Reading and Lee led the group in prayer,
Ruth Skeoch, Hazel McCreath, Helen
McManus and Margaret Govier were the
birthday girls. A reading was given and
Happy Birthday was sung to these ladies.
Glenda Salters gave the secretary's
report, followed by the treasurer's report by
Hazel McCreath.
Shirley McCall gave a summary on the
Presbyterial that was held in Belgrave.
Beatrice Scott was the guest speaker and
the highlight of this event was the report op
the women of the developing countries and
the many, ways they were exploited. Shirley
also reported that Stratford Presbyterial
.has agreed to amalgamate after each
Presbyterial has held its annual meeting.
This will likely take place in early 1984.
Sandy Davidson gave a report on the
Huron Day Centre for the homebound in
Huronview, explaining some of the work
they do, and how much volunteers are need-
ed for this worthwhile project.
Everyone read Psalm 103.
Lee gave a Thanksgiving service reading
from Glad Tidings by Gertrude Wood.
The offering was received by Hazel Mc-
Creath and Lucy Johnston and dedicated by
Lee. Donna Sturdevant played "I Come to
the Garden Alone" during the receiving of
the offering.
Lee introduced guest speaker Ruth
Gower. Before Ruth spoke, Sandy Davidson
read the scripture from the book of Roth,
Chapter 1: 1-22.
Mrs. Gower gave a very interesting talk
on the Book of Ruth. The group learned that
the book of Ruth, which only has four
chapters was about a beautiful woman
devoting herself to the ,duty she thought was
hers. The story of Ruth takes place before
Isreal had a king, and was ruled by judges.
She told the group that even though there is
so much turmoil today, if there was strong
faith, one should have peace of mind.
Lee thanked Ruth for her words of wisdom
and Amazing Grace was sung.
The Mizpah Benediction was repeated in
unison and a social time spent.

sensors are hydraulic, the switches electric.
The system is totally separate from other
grader functions, including the hydraulics.

as a factory installed option on six of Cham-
pion's 700 Series graders from 125 HP and
