Don and Barb Harrower from Holly, Michigan have been vacationing at their cottage in the village this week. Visiting with their parents for a week are Ken and Nan- cy Doherty and son Evan from Timmins. Ken and Nancy . are former village residents. Ken Doherty is curator of the museum in Timmins and this week he will be attending a history seminar in Kitchener for three days. Port Albert Pirates played Monday night in Lucknow. In a very close game they edged the' Crystaliers 13-12. The Pirates will play Ben - miller in Benmiller Tuesday night. The Benmiller team was the League Champion last year. - Church News The ACW of Christ Anglican Church met at the church Wednesday for the June meeting... President Margaret Young gesided. In, the business portion of the meeting, it was decided that Vi Petrie, Alma Black and Ann Livingstone would attend the Deanery Meeting at the Anglican Church in Ripley on June 7.
