sion play to advance to the cham-
pionship game of the consolation
round.
The opening minutes of the
game saw 'some fast paced ac-
tion, but sloppy passing plays
stymied most scoring efforts.
Jeff Erickson scored the period's
only goal, giving Dresden a 1-0
lead: _ : _
Dare was also only one goal in
the second period. Kevin Hotham
put Dresden ahead 2-0 when he
put a few moves on the Lucknow
goalie and put it behind:hitn.
Dresden began running away
with the game in the third period.
Goals by Paul Montgomery and
Hotham with his second, came
before three minutes had
elapsed. Steve Park then scored a
minute later to give Dresden a
commanding 5-0 lead.
Lucknow finally broke , the
