MacKAY CENTRE FOR SENIORS
Evening programs at MacKay Centre continue with a card party on the second
Wednesday and a variety program on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
Friday evening programs include full length movies, bingos and dances. Non-
members are invited.td attend the evening programs.
The Golden Gate Club meets regularly on the first and third Wednesday evenings.
In the Fall of 1982, a choral group with twenty-five members was formed with
Mrs. Iria Stewart its capable director. We hope this choir will resume practices
in the Spring.
Daytime_ programs include cards, billiards, shuffleboard, Keep Fit, ceramics
and crafts. Mrs. Hirst encouraged the formatd.on of a craft group to prepare
for a•bazaar,in the Fall and this group now meets each Friday afternoon.'
There are tentative plans for a moderately paced DanceFit afternoon class
beginning-in.the Spring. At present a similar class meets in the auditorium
in the evening.
Several interesting bus trips have been announced for the Spring and Summer.

With more than thirty new' members in 1983. our membership continues to grow.
We welcome new members who are fifty-five years of age or older.
