and must be filled out by anyone wishing to register for a program.
Aquatics - Registration is held at local schools and at the Pool in early June.
Watch the Goderich Signal Star for exact dates and times.
Community Groups - Many activities are sponsored by community groups. Registration
is made. through group contact. Contact Rec. Dept. for information.
Cheques - Payable to the Goderich Recreation Department. Please mail or bring them in.
Accident Insurance - The participant is
medical coverage.

* class, times, costs or locations outlined in this brochure without notice due to
* • registration,, change of policy or availability of facilities or,instructors.

** Classes will be filled in the order in which registration forms and fees are
* • received. Insufficient registration will necessitate the cancellation of the
• program. In this case, the full amount of the fee will be refunded. Persons
* who, for any reason withdraw before the second class of the course are entitled
* to a refund, less a $3.00 service charge.
