Marr) New car dealership here Ed Hagle of London, will be opening Goderich Plymouth Chrysler Ltd., this week. The dealership will be located at 414 Huron Road (the old Schutz Motors location). Hagle will have a variety of 1983 models such''as the Reliant, Caravelle FWD, the Turismo 2.2 and the Caravelle. There will also be a full line of trucks. The sales staff includes; sales manager, Ed Hagle; salesman, Ken Treitz; salesman and parts manager, Don Hagle (Ed's son); and service manager, Gary Baxter. Prior to coming. to Goderich, Hagle was the sales manager at St. Thomas Chrysler. Garb and Gear opening in Owen Sound Brian Warrilow, owner of Garb and Gear, will be moving to Owen Sound, in order to look after the new store he will be opening there in April. Phil Petrie, manager of the Wingham location, will`' be moving to Goderich. Heidi Elliott of Goderich will become the new manager in Wingham. Warrilow's Owen Sound store will have 3,700 square feet and will be located on Main Street. BUSINESS BEAT Factory moves The Pine River Cheese factory has moved into new premises, 200 yards south of the old location on Hwy. 21. The co-operative plans to start cheese production later this month. As well, they will be selling a full line of dairy products, biscuits and jams. (Store hotirs are 9-5.1 The new location will -house an ob- servation gallery, which has been built in order to accomodate tours which will begin in May. Changes location Suncoast Furniture has changed• locations as well as its name. The new store is called Perth Furniture and is located at 2 CourtHouse Square. Peter Steegstra of Goderich, will remain as the manager. The grand opening of the store will take place on Thursday, March 10. Former Argonaut dies here FRANK EDWARD BEASLEY Frank -Edwardf Beasley of 67 North Street, Apartment C, Goderich, died in Alexandra Marine and General Hospital do Tuesday, March 1 at the age of 85. He was born in Toronto on June 4, 1897 to Mr. and Mrs. William Beasley. He lived in Toronto until retiring to Goderich m 1979. He worked as a baker and confectioner in his own business. He was also a former Toronto Argonaut. During World War, I, he served overseas as a private with the C.O.R. He married Elaine Jen- nette Cadieux in Toronto. She predeceased him in 1975. He was also predeceased by two sisters and five brothers. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Allan (Wanda June) MacDonald of Goderich Township; and three grandchildren, Susan, Laura and Jim. A funeral ,service and committal were held in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto on Thursday, March 3 at 1 p.m. Stiles Funeral * Home, Goderich, was in charge of arrangements.' MRS. OLIVIA ARMSTRONG Mrs. Olivia Armstrong of 255 Britannia Road, West, Goderich died in Alexandra Marine and General Hospital on Friday, March 4 at the age of 72. She was born in St. Johns, Newfoundland on December 18, 1910 to John and Catherine (Wells) Weeks. She married William S. Armstrong at Hart House, Toronto in July of 1933. They resided in Toronto until moving to Thunder Bay in 1951. The late Mrs. Armstrong moved to Oakville in 1962 where she was the head of the Mathematics Depart- ment in Oakville -Trafalgar High School. She moved to Goderich in 1972 and was a member of North Street United Church here. She was predeceased by her husband in 1958. She , is survived by two daughters, M. Patricia White of Thornhill and Mrs. Michael (Elizabeth (Betty) ) Rogers of Goderich; one son, John W.J. Armstrong of Mt. SITUARIES Pearl, Newfoundland; and° six grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Sargent Funeral Home, Thunder Bay on Monday, March 7 at 2 .p.m. The Reverend Russell Peden officiated. Stiles Funeral Home, Goderich, was in charge of arrangements. Interment was in River- side Cemetery, Thunder Bay. • EDWARD GARNET CALHOUN Edward Garnet Calhoun of Brantford died in Brantford General Hospital on Thur- sday, March 3 at the age of 46. He was born in Midland, Ontario on February 21, 1937 to Hazel and Douglas Calhoun. He is survived by his wife, the former Marion Thom- pkinson; two sons, Rory of Hespeler and Michael of Halifax; one sister, Mrs. Joseph (Barbara) McGee; one brother, Kenneth of Alberta; and one grandchild. He was predeceased by his parents. A funeral service followed by cremation was . held Saturday, March 5 in Brantford. MRS. EILEEN MARIE FELLOWS Mrs. Eileen Marie Fellows of Goderich died in Alexandra Marine and General Hospital on Thur- sday, March 3 at the age of 79. She was born in Thunder Bay on November 24, 1903 to Albert and Marie Eileen (Hennessey) Hill. She was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Goderich and was active in St. Peter's C.W.L. She is survived by her husband, John L. Fellows and five children, Mrs. Lou (Helen) Couvrette of Ft. Franklin, N.W.T., John J. of Trenton, James of'Goderich, Mrs. Wilfred (Marion) Austin of Dungannon and Mrs. Charlie (Eileen) Balser. of Orangeville. Shewas predeceased by one sister and two brothers. He was born in Goderich on August 18, 1933 to Robert J. and Clara B. ( Monk) Williams. He worked in production control , at Champion Road Machinery Ltd. He was a member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 109 and Knox Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Marlene Jones; one daughter, Gayle of Preston; one son, Steven of Port Albert; one step -son, Bryan Lovett of Edson, Alberta; four sisters, Mrs. Wallace (June) Milley and Mrs. Meredith (Marjorie) Wilson, both - of Goderich, Mrs. Frank (Ramona) Gabler of Mitchell and Mrs. Louis (Marilyn) Marsh of Flin Flon, Manitoba; four brothers, Robert, John and William, all of Goderich and Donald of ForestF;and two grandchildren, Lindsay and Ian Williams.
