There' was a good at-
tendance at the February
meeting of Knox WMS
Afternoon Auxiliary on
Tuesday, February 15 at 2:30
p.m. The members met in
the junior Sunday School
room and the president, Mrs.
G. Henderson presided. She
opened the meeting,
welcoming all with special
mention to several who have
not been enjoying the best of
health.
Members joined in singing
the hymn, "Christ for the
World We Sing". This was
followed by the secretary,
Modred . Marwick reading
the minutes by the last
meeting and Mrs. G.C. White
giving the treasurer's
report.
Three musical duets were
very much enjoyed by Mrs.
Bonnie Dunn on clarinet and
Mrs. Hillie Kloeze on ac-
cordian. The music was in
keeping with the Lent season
and portraying a season of
joy as custom in countries of
Austria, Hungary and
.Venice. Mrs. Kaitting
thanked the ladies for the
splendid rendering, of .the
selections chosen and
presented them with a gift.
Devotions were meditative
with the reading of Psalm 91
by, Mrs. G. MacEwan, a
splendid message on
"Hands" by, Mrs. A. Young

Margaret Stewart, a
missionary now on furlough
in Canada who is working in
a Leper Mission in Allis
location. Members hope to

corresponding secretary,
informed members she had
sent several cards since last
meeting and read a welcome

Beauty of Friendship", "The
Canadian Prayer Booklet",
"The Changing 'Scenes of.
Life"," "God Thoughts",
"The Kids Are Gone, Lord,
But I'm Still Here" and a
small devotional book. .

the auxiliary for their'• card
and members who had 'sent
her cards or attended their
50th anniversary Open
House.

reported that she joined Mrs.
G.C. White in visiting
several of the members and
associate members.
Mrs. A. Straiton„ supply
secretary, gave her report
which included a donation of
$300 made to the restoration
fund of Knox Church for this
year which was realized
from a venture in 1979 during
the Synodical. ,
Members were advised the
World's Day:of Prayer will
be March 4 in Bethel: Pen-
tecostal Church and those
participating from„the WMS
group will be. Mrs. G..Hen-
derson, Mrs. G. MacEwan
and Mrs': M. Rayner.

College and Armagh Home,
several members are
