February 19, 1982-
A heart of gold stopped,
beating,
Hard working hands did rest,
God broke our hearts to prove
to us,
He only takes -the .best. _., .•..._....,.
God looked around His garden,
And found an empty' space,
He then looked down upon the
earth,
And saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you,
And lifted you to rest,
God's garden must be beautiful,
For He only takes the best.
So God gently closed your
weary eyelids,
And whispered, "Peace be
thine."
To us you were someone
'special,
We miss you more each day.
The saddest thing in all our
lives,
Was the day you passed away.
So please God take this
message,
To our dear Grandma up above,
And tell her that we miss her
so,
And give her all our love.
