Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Sher-
wood accompanied by Annie
Kilpatrick of Lucknow, at-
tended the funeral service in
Waterloo on Monday for
Mrs. Jim (Mabel) Sherwood.
About 80 bowlers took .part
in a "Bowl -for -Breath" at
the Little 'Bowl in Goderich
on Sunday. This was a pro-
ject undertaken by the Dun-
gannon and. area Kiinettes
who raised over $3,500 for
Cystic Fibrosis. The oldest,
bowler was Tony Peters-
Gagel of Goderich. The
youngest bowler was 6 year
old KatyBrindley who also
had top pledges for bowlers

10 age group, James David-
son for the 10 to 16 age group

Rev. Roberts spoke on the
topic, In crisis we ask,
"Lord, why are you doing,
this to me?" when we should
ask, "Lord, what is happen-
ing? Can you help me?"
The children's story was a
version of the St. Valentine
legend. The choir ; sang, A

Flowers were ,placed in the
church in memory of Thomas
Dickson . whose funeral was
last week. Our prayerful
sympathy is extended to the
family.
The church officials met in

Wednesday evening.
