Mrs. ShiiF1W.00d Heesaker Abortion not right - Dear Editor: Much has been said and written about abortion. The Pro Life groups discuss it from the sympathy stand- point. But no one approaches the problem from a right or wrong angle.. Much of it is done as a cover-up for sin. tike King David, adultery is the first sin and to cover that up, murder. This, tinder Hebrew law, earned the death penal- ty. David broke three of the Ten Commandments, the tenth, the seventh and the sixth in that order. The fact that the law allows abortion does not make it righteous. Maybe it's the statement, '`I'm not under the law, I'm under grace," that makes people think they can do as they ETTERS like. But the grace of God enables men to keep the law. It does not enable us to sin. We 'do that on our own. I wonder how many mothers will be like Lady MacBeth who, though she continually washed her hands, could not get the blood off them. And what makes doctors do it? Money, of course. More money. Wneed to remember we shall stand before the judge - .anent seat to answer for the deeds done m the body. The dividing of the sheep from the goats was on the basis of whether they had fed or clothed or ministered .to those in need. "Inasmuch as ye did it (or did it not) unto the least of these ye did it (or did it not) unto me." (Matthew 25: 31- 46). Mrs. W. A.
