Cyprus, Nicosia and Kyrenia.

Closer- to home, they have been at Hamilton Place, in Halifax, Nova
Scotia,. Toronto, Niagra Falls, London, Sarnia, Ottawa, Sudbury= and
Peterborough.
The Central Band's investitures include the Order of Canada, Order -Of
Military Merit and National Bravery Awards.
One important item to take notice of for this year's parade is'the time
change. The parade will begin this year at 11 a.m.
According to one of the parade organizers, Ruth Blair,
thistime change
was made in an attempt to attract more people.
However, the parade route will remain the same as in past years - star-
ting at the Clinton Arena, down Mill Street,. right on to Highway 4, left on
to John Street, left on Shipley, left on Princess West, right on Highway 4,
left on William Street and back to the arena.
Once the parade is over, be sure to head for the grandstand and listen to
the Guelph Royalaires Band. Their performance will begin at 1 p.m.
Then, at 1:20 p.m., the official opening ceremonies will take place with
the Ambassador of the Netherlands, who is stationed in -Ottawa, doing the
honors. And of course, with him will be other local dignitaries.
