The Goderich and District After Five

Professional Women, began its fifth year in
the area with the Jan. 27 meeting at the
Saltford Valley Hall.
Coleen Maguire presented an interesting

those photos of loved ones which we all
cherish. She gave many helpful hints on
framing correctly and the best type of
albums to use for lasting quality.

group to enjoyable musical selections self
accompanied on the guitar. The inspira-
tional speaker Nancy Kropf of. Kincardine, a
wife and mother of two, is.active in the Kin-

Co -Chairman. Nancy shared with the au-
dience her struggles as a teenager in com-
ing to terms with the death of her mother
and her search for her 'real self'.

That's dessert.
It's estimated you can lose up to 100
pounds in three weeks of the ' -Beat The
clock Diet", not to mention teeth and
those friends who watch you eat.
The diet is not for everybody. Slow
eaters and people who talk with their
mouths fall. find it too inflexible. I in -
