_A.)L)r , Q'r.DLL_-_ ruce El I on McClinc BRUCE ELDON McCL1NCHEY Bruce Eldon McClinchey' of RR 2 Goderich died at University Hospital on Tuesday, January 27 at the age of.71. Born in Stanley Township on October 30, 1915, he was the son of the late Robert Mc- Clinchey and the former Mary Eliza Jane Erratt, He married the former Annie Knox exesbyterian Church in Goderich was the setting of the December 13th wedding of• David Scott and Charlene Knox, both of Goderich. He is the son of Mrs. Margaret Scott of Milton and she is the. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles 'Knox of 186 EldVon St. in Goderich. Attending the bridewere matron -of -honor Laura Refflinghaus of Hamilton Street in Goderich, friend of .the bride, and bridesmaids Sherri Marshall of London, cousin of the bride, and Terrilyn Ohman Of Elgin Avenue in Goderich, friend of the. bride. Harold Reffinghaus • of Hamilton Street in Goderich, friend of .the groom, was the best man with Chris Knox of Toronto, the bride's brother, and Alex Scott of Bobcayge.on, the , groom's brother, 'as ushers. He farmed for 50 years in Stanley and Goderich Townships until retiring in 1980. He was a member of Victoria Street United Church, a members of the Huron Pioneer Thresher and Hobby Association, and a past member of the Canadian Or- namental Pheasant and Game Bird Association. Surviving besides his wife, are two sons: Ronald and his wife Ethel of RR 1 Wellesley and Raymond and his wife Jane of Goderich Township; two daughters, Jean and her husband Peter Imanse of Col- borne Township and Joanne of St. Jacobs; one brother, Frank and his wife Mabel Mc- Clinchey df Clinton; and eight grand- children, David, Cheryl and Sean McClin- chey, Danny and Andrea ' Imanse, and Ryan, Steven and Colleen McClinchey. He was ,predeceased by one brother, 141i11i lm Vh, linrhav A funeral and c'ommi'ttal service was held at the McCallum and Palla Funeral Home of Thursday, January 29 with Rev. John D.M. Wood of Victoria Street United Church officiating. Honorary pallbearers were Scott Wilson, Bud Baird, Campbell McKinley, Elmer. Hayter, Bill Consitt, Austin Fuller, Eric Speiran and Charles Reid. Interment in' Bayfield Cemetery. e 71 WILLIAM CAIRNEY BLANEY. William Cairney Blaney died peacefully in hospital on December 16, 1986 in Mann- ingtree, England. He joins his beloved wife, Mary Rae McNair. The late Mr. Blaney is survived by two sons, William and Paul; four grandchildren, Deborah (Mrs. Bryan Wilson) of Goderich, arid Mark, William and Pauline Blaney. Also surviving are three great= grandchildren, Christopher and Catherine Wilson of Goderich, and Jennifer Blaney. Funeral service and interment was held in England. • COX Rodney and Peggy (nee Sheardown) Cox joyfully announce the birth of their first born, James Alexander, at Victoria Hospital, London, on February 1, 1987.
