The rain may be fatting these days but' the one weekend in July Goderich Township wanted -it to be sunny and, warm, was everything -the residents asked for. Some of this community have had time to do some travelling as well as all the celebrating. Phyllis and Marion Thompson flew to England and toured some of the island. Robin joined them and Phyllis and he went on to Ireland. Marion stayed on in England - travelling with friends to Greece where she spent a month before returning home. Jim and Verna I4obb took the Beef Tour which went to Denver, Colorado. Doug and Gertrude Feagan have just returned home from a trip'to Edmonton where they visited with Carl and his family. Jack and Lula , Merrill travelled with them. Peter Thompson travelled to Prince Ed- ward Island where Jamie was taking part in the Charlottetown Abbies Rugby Club Tri Athlon.
