Unusual art work displayed
GRAND BEND - Unusual artwork by the
Goderich painter, Mona .:strati-Mulhern will
be oil ,display at Huron Country Playhouse
until August 31. Mona uses watercolor,
graphite and colored pencil mediums to ex-
press images from nature on paper.
"I have a continuing interest in nature",
says Mona. "It speaks to me and acts as a
key to release the images that exist in my
mind. My subject matter is derived from
nature with a technique that tends to com-
bine fantasy and surrealism".. This art ex-
hibit will give considerable emphasis to the
mask, and its connection to nature and the
world of fantasy.
