The Clinton Recreation Committee in conjunction with the Junior "D" Mustangs. hockey club are staging a fund-raising hockey game featur- ing the "Toronto Oldtimers Hockey Team" on October 5 at the Clinton Arena. Plan to be part of this exciting event. More details will soon be announced. (Anne Narejko photo) Unusual art work displayed GRAND BEND - Unusual artwork by the Goderich painter, Mona .:strati-Mulhern will be oil ,display at Huron Country Playhouse until August 31. Mona uses watercolor, graphite and colored pencil mediums to ex- press images from nature on paper. "I have a continuing interest in nature", says Mona. "It speaks to me and acts as a key to release the images that exist in my mind. My subject matter is derived from nature with a technique that tends to com- bine fantasy and surrealism".. This art ex- hibit will give considerable emphasis to the mask, and its connection to nature and the world of fantasy.
