Major General W.K. Carr, commander of the armed forces training command during
1969, Inspected members of master warrant officers qualifying course. The Inspection
was carried out during the opening of the new Warrant Officer School at CFB Clinton. The
school's Commandant, Major P.A. Scott is at right with the sword. Other members of the
Inspection party were Chief Warrant Officer P.F. Gagnon and Captain H.W. Leafloor.
