Garage Sale on The garage sale committee of the Blyth United Church held their second meeting on April 23 at the home of Lorna Fraser. Letters have been sent out to local mer- chants for an appeal for donations for our auction at 11 a.m. A poster of all con- tributors and their donations will be posted at the arena the day of the sale. The choir again this year will be selling geraniums. More rags were collected and cut up at this meeting. The members learned that the main study topic would be respiratory disease. The election of officers was held with the folowing results: President - Steven Dow; Vice-president - Anita Wolts; Secretary - Lisa Boonstoppel; Press Reporter - Kate Procter. Corning events were discussed, including Judging, Deinonstration and Reach for the Top competitions. A representative for the Youth Council was chosen.
