*iany advantages
Speed is the most popular advantage o
using a . microwave. With today's hectic
lifestyle, few pr ple have time to spend hours
preparing and cooking meals.
Microwave ovens have numerous other
advantages. They are energy, efficient for no
preheating is required and all the energy is
used to cook the food - not to heat the oven.
From a nutrition view point, microwave
cooking retains nutrients often lost using
nth= r cooking methods. Fruits and
vegetables can be cooked with almost no
water and for a shorter period of time.

makes microwave ovens so desirable.
Foods can be defrosted, cooked or reheated
easily and quickly.
If you are interested in purchasing or
want to become more versatile in using your
microwave oven be sure to attend the up-
coming microwave cooking demonstration.
