The Clanton Youth Gymnastics Program has been expanded to three divisions, to accommodate younger children, and in encouraging on-going skill development. This well-rounded in- structional program is open to youth ages four to 13 years beginning January 14 at 7 p.m. All classes are held at the Clinton High School Main Gymnasium. Evening Trim -A -Size classes began January 7 at the Clinton High School Small Gymnasium. Classes are held at 7 to 8 p.m. and 8:15 to 9:15 p.m.., and are open to both men and women. Power Skating weenie and Dolly visit school BRUCEFIELD - As one of the special events leading up to Christmas Robert ,. McLachlan volunteered to bring a team of horses Queenie and Dolly to Huron Centen- nial school and give sleigh or wagon rides to pupils from Kindergarten to Grade 4. .Leanne Lebeau in Mrs. Shaddick's Grade 1 enjoyed the wagon ride. She particularly liked the horses and the' dog, Tippy, that rode on the wagon. Leanne sang songs and wasn't a bit scared. She wishes to thank the man that drove the horses. Jamie Dollery enjoyed the singing, also the candy that the McLachlans gave the children. Jamie'sat at the end of the wagon and got to pet the dog. . Hailey Taylor in Mrs. Kipfer's Grade 1 particularly enjoyed the horses. Tracy Huisser hiked their black fur. Brent Hulley appreciated the fact that the horses were quiet. Bevan Diebold admired the way the horses pulled the wagon. BRUCEFIELD -.Mr. and Mrs. J. Crowe of Brantford spent Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. John Moffat and Lindsay. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Bailey of Toronto spent a few days ,with her father, Mr. Aldie Mustard. Mr. and Mrs. Ron Scott and son of Willowdale, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Ken Scott. Mrs. Lillian Morris of London spent Christmas week with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Brock. Also visiting on Christmas Day was J.K. Cornish of the Bluewater Nursing Home. .. Mrs. Sharon Pine and family : from Brampton visited for the holidays with her mother, Mrs. Grace McBride. Spending . Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Mustard and Catherine were Mr. and Mrs. S.J. Mustard and Sheldon and Mr. and Mrs. Neil Mustard of Stratford. Mrs. Pearl McBeath visited with Mr. and Mrs. Douglas McBeath and family of Wind- sor. Miss Georgene McCartney of London visited over Christmas with Mr. and Mrs. Wilson McCartney and Robert. Mrs. Don Moffat and family visited for the week with her parents at Wallaceburg and Sombra. Children ages five to seven will participate Thursdays from 4:30 to 5 p.m. and children ages eight to 13 will participate Sundays from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. A special registration session has been set for January 10 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the .Clinton Arena.
