Among those completing the journey were 129 part-time students who received degrees at the University of Western Ontario Con- vocation onOct. 25 and 26, including two who obtained their B.A.'s by taking courses at Western's extension cent,.e in Clinton. They include: Carol Kirton of. Varna and Robert Macdonald of Mitchell. Commenting on the part-time graduates, Dr. Thomas N.. Guinsburg, Dean of Faculty of Part -Time and Continuing Education noted, "Each part-time graduate has had to make a special effort to gain the degree. Sometimes they've found the courses they want nearby, other times they've travelled to get them. • "While 68 are from the London area, 61 come from Western's out-of-town centres.
