Heather graduated in the top 15 per cent of the class and in her three years in law school she won two awards: for the highest standing in her class in Torts and for the highest standing in her class in Civil Liberties and Human Rights. In 1982, she won a law school bursary to attend an intertational conference on Human Rights, held at the University of Prince Edward Island. She was also elected Magister of Rand Inn, the University of Western Ontario branch of Phi Delta Phi. the International Legal Fraternity. Heather is currently articling with Paul Ross, Barrister and Solicitor in Seaforth. Those attending were° Eileen's family, Jerry and -Grace Rannie and family from Brantford; Howard and Ann Marie Rannie and family of Sarnia; Mary Ann and Don - Bender and family of Dashwood; Dianne and Art Warner and family of Kitchener; Susan and Olive Admason of Nassau, Bahamas; John and Helen Anderson and family, Keith and Ann Anderson and family of London; Debbie and Dan Wilton of Don Mills.
