RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1 Only 3 from each class to be sent.
2 All art work must have on .the back, naine of pupil, grade, school, teacher's
name, and name of topic.
3, Art work only must be mounted.
4 PLEASE NOTE: All work to be handed in by Wednesday, May -30, 1984 to the
Arena by 4 p:tm. and mist. °be=; picked up at the,Fair between 10 and 1i;p.m.
Saturday evening and lOa.m:-Sunday morning.'IbeeFair Board isnotresponsible
for articles not picked up by said time.
5 No entry tags will be given to the Elementary Schools -Entry tags will he filled
in by the committee for prize winners only.
6 Identify pupils' exhibits by having the following information on the back, bottom
right-hand corner of all art, writing, printing, and creative writing or inside; on
back cover of notebooks. Class ; Grade; Name of School; Name of pupil.
7 Put information of craft articles on a piece of manilla tag or similar light -
weighted cardboard folded so information is hidden, and fasten securely :to
exhibit.
