2 Animals shown in the individual classes for which prize money is offered may not

3 Animals from both the prize money and non -prize classes will be eligible for the

4 Competition is restricted to exhibitors from Huron County.
5 The exhibitor shall be the owner as officially recorded on the registration
certificate immediately prior to the commencement of judging.
6 The registration certificate and the necessary Record of Performance certificate
must bemade available for checkingbefore the commencement of judging.
7 Within the limit of the total number of entries, unlimited substitutions of entries
owned by the same exhibitor will be permitted.
8 Each exhibitor must be a member of the Huron County Agricultural Society.
Membership fee is $2.00.
9 Each exhibitor must be a member of the Huron County Holstein Club. Annual fee
is $2.00.
10 Entries and Huron Central Agricultural Society forms mustbe in the hands of the
Secretary, Don Watson, RR4 Clinton, Ont., NOM 1L0 and the Fair Secretary, Ken
W. Holmes, Box 1418, Clinton, Ont., NOM 1LO, by May 20, 1984.
11 15 percent entry fee will be deducted.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: (Please read carefully)
All cattle must be free from infections or contagious disease such as Ringworm and -
Pinkeye.
All cattle must be negative to a blood test for Brucellosis, within 60 days except:
(a) Steers
(b) Spayed.Heifer ' •
(c) Brucellosis vaccmared under 18 months of age (vacc. certificate to- - • --
accompany animals)
(d) Animals from Brucellosis Free Listed Herd (owners to obtain form HA4 from
their local Health of Animals Branch Office)
(e) Calves under 6 months of age (all 4-11 calves to be blood tested)
Blood samples are to be taken by local practicing veterinarians or their approved'
technicians •

Cattle may not be unloaded from the truck until prootof the above is supplied.

Each animal in the group must have been exhibited in one of the classes for
• single animals. The registration certificate for each ,respeZtive animal must
show the exhibitors as 'breeder" and as "owner" - in both cases either as an
individual or. in parbler§ht, IP °they words; the exhibitor may be a "joint
owner" of an animal and -or the"jointbreeder" of an animal. All the animals
must be from one farm or breeding unit.
124 BEST UDDER CLASS
-Judge shall designate best two udders in classes 119, 120, 121. These designated
exhibits shall compete for first and second best udders in the show. Prize
