such as dirt Wes, poteeroase sand ATV's
officially tales effect June 1st. As of that
date, anyone owning one of these vehicles
and wishes to use it on other than their own
property will have to register them with the
Ministry of Transportation and Com-
munications at a one time fee of $25, plus
will be required to carry liability insurance.
The act is designed to limit non -registered

they are used in competition or for ex-
clusively recreational use is that they be us-

belonging to the Hully Gully Competition
Club, or races there in a sanctioned event is
exempt from Bill 61, provided they use their

icor such activities, some of the restric-
ting portions of the Bill do not apply. Anyone
wishing information on joining the Hully
Gully Competition Club may do so by con-
tacting Bully Gully in writing at R.R. 1, Var-
na, NOM 2R0, or by calling (519) 262-3318.
Further clarification of the bill may be ob-
tained at Hully Gully or at Ministry offices.
