See you there! ! .Fit Five News The Fitness Ontario "FIT FIVE" pro- gram has arrived in Clinton. Already 30 local citizens have enrolled in this free per- sonal fitness ' program. The Clinton Lions Club are staging an inner -club fit -five challenge. Club members will be getting in shape and would like to see other local clubs and organizations join in on this campaign. Fit Five Level One pamphlets will soon be available at the Post Office, Arena, MacLeans, and the Town Offices. It is free, fun and for your personal benefit. Join the fitness crowd. ' Aerobic Dance Program Good news!! The Recreation Committee would like to offer Aerobic Dance Classes. The classes are open to females ages 14 and over. (Ideal,for mothers and daughters). An` enjoyable way to get in shape and meet friends. The class will be instructed by Peggy Jones and will be at the arena auditorium on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 2 p.m. to 3 p.nn: and evening classes Tuesday and Thursdays from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. They will begin on the week of April 23 - 27 and end the week of June 4 - 8. Register at the Town Office by April 18. Note a Registration session is available, Friday, April 13, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Arena. , Senior Ball Hockey Interested in playing Ball Hockey? Steve Gibbings is making plans to set up another season of Senior Ball Hockey. This league is based on "No Body Contact" refereed play, and will start in early May. Monday Night Films The Recreation Committee will be staging MONDAY NigHT FILMS for children ages 5 to 13 years (elementary school children on- ly). Parents wanting to attend Monday Night Ringo can bring their children to this super'ised fain program. Films will include cartoons, comedy and special features. More information next week.
