They all attended the funeral of their cousin Mrs. Alex Skinn last Tuesday in the Sacred Heart Church, Wingham. There will be euchre again this week star- ting at 8 p.m. Everyone is welcome. UCW Easter Meeting The Belgrave United Church Women held their Easter meeting on March 29. The president, Mrs. John Roberts, conducted the business. Correspondence included an invitation to attend the Blyth U.C.W. meeting on April 15 and the April Event at Wingham United Church on April 23. The Youth Group will conduce the Easter Sunday Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. with breakfast to follow in the church schoolroom. Mrs. William Coultes introduced the guest speaker Pastor Doug Zehr and his wife and baby daughter off the Brussels Mennonite Church. Mr. Zehr gave his message on the Lenten season and answered questions of the Mennonite faith. Mrs. Sara Anderson -thanked Pastor -Zehr for .his inspiring ad- dress. Mrs. Norman Cook and Mrs. George Mickie conducted a service of "Tenebrae" from the Exchange for the worship part of the meeting. The offering was received by Mrs. Helen Martin and Mrs. Bob Gordon. Morris man died in fire HENSALL - A mobile home fire near here on March 17 claimed a life of a young Morris Township man. Another occupant, Mary Ryan, 21, of RR 1, Walton, managed to escape through a window. Police -reported -that- Miss Ryan awoke -- about 4:25 a.m. to find the home ablaze. She managed to break window and get out, but suffered severe cuts. The Hensall Fire Department was called to the scene and while firemen were able to control the fire, they were unable to save Mr. Glanville. The fire is believed to have been caused by a pan of grease which overheated after is was left on the stove.
