The teachers went out on strike last week and lust before press tame the board locked out 273 of them. It means there will be no school for the county's 4,600 students until the strike is settled. The gas war has escalated and major changes in the pricing occurred when gas jumped briefly as high as 85.9 cents a gallon for regular gas.
