In the kitchen, we made Pumpkin Soup, Scotch Eggs, Irish Soda Bread and Maple Baked Apples. While the food was cooking, we discussed from our books, the heritage of each of our ancestors and the food of which they ate. For the next meeting we were to rnake a list of herbs and spices you have at home, make a Me Page, and think of a club name. The next meeting was set for February 14.
