The two new constables,of St Marys,
Frank Young and Daniel Ross, are
both members of the Citizen's TBand
and they will be much nnissed. Chief
Young is a fine strapping fellow, a
butcher by trade, and is, possessed of
good nerve, a most essential part of
the making of a good constable. Night
Constable Ross is also a' butcher by
trade, and it nary he said that it is not
