on spraying of fruit trees, etc. Mr.
Orr gave an interesting andinstructive

specimens of wood infested with San

stated that spraying was very essential

to the ea ess t c,
that it should be done in the spring
just as the bud is about to open. After
the foliage has appeared the work is
not effectual. Those present profited
much from the discussion. A commit-

experimental spraying can be carried

Paine's Celery Compound, the Worlds Famous
Disease Banisher, Saves the Life of
Mr. Church.
All Other Medicines Had Failed and
Death Was F'z l Iy Expected.
As a Spring Medicine for New Blood, New Strength and
Sound Health, Paines Celery Compound is
Recommended by- Thousands.
The complete cure of Mr. John A.
Church, of Ooldbrook,N. S., and the
production of his strong letter of testi-
mony in favor of Paine's Celery Com-
pound are of themselves sufficient to
convince every sickpersouthat Paine's
Celery Compound is a medicine hon-
estly prepared and recommended for
the curing of all sick people. No other
medicine known to medical science
can so well and so promptly restore
lost strength and vitality in the spring
months.
It is not the common medicines of
the day that physicians prescribe and
the best class of people recommend.
It is only a. wonderful and marvelous
life restorer like Paine's Celery Com-
pound that can command attention
and. respect. Mr. Church writes as
follows: -
Wells & Richardson Co.
GENTLEMEN: -It is with . pleasure
that I give testimony in favor of your
marvelous medicine, Paine's Celery
Compound. I had an attack of la
grippe which put me into such a con-
dition that I could not sleep or eat. I
was completely run down, had ex-
treme nervousprostration, and lay for
days in a half stupifled state.
After spending all my money for
medicine which did me little good, I
gave up to die, when one day a paper
on Paine's Celery Compound was
brought to me. I at once procured the
medicine and derived great relief from
the first bottle. I slept better, ate
better, and digestion improved. After
using nine bottles I feel like a new
man. I can truly say that Paine's Cel-
ery Compound snatched me from the
grave and gave me a new lease of
life.
I earnestly ur e all sufferers to use
Paine's CeleryCompound, fellin sure
that it will cue them. Do not s end
your money for medicines that cannot
cure you.
Yours truly,

DEAR Sin -I am pleased to say that the instrument yon fitted on me dur-
ing your visit to Seaforth has held the securely and safely to perform the
heaviest work on my farm with absolute comfort. For the last three nfonths
I have had no trouble whatever. My physician, Dr. Bethune, of this town,
has pronounced the instrument an admirable tit, and expressed the opinion
that an a very short time I may be enabled to dispense with it altogether I
would strongly advise sufferers with rupture to stop experimenting; call and
see yon, be fitted, and thus secure permanent relief, which I now have to the
fullest extent, after being a sufferer for over ten years with this menacing
affliction.
