They found tit nutritional snack foods • are good snacks for after school, other than fun -foods. After they were cooked, they all enjoyed eating them. Barb Potzel and Donna Kellestine made Swedish tea rings,' while Chelsea buns were made by• Marian Dwinell, , Betty Sowerby, Darlene Jewell and Marjorie Schoemaker. The Hungarian Bubble Ring was made by . Christine Riehl, Nancy Brindley and Marie Brindley, After these, breads were made and baked they were served for' a lunch and the girls really enjoyed them. The business of the meeting was in regard to Achievement Day which will be December 13. This -group plan on doing a skit so there was discuskion in regard to a skit- The 'girls were advised that their books are to be handed in to the leaders on November 24. Discussion then was based on breads from other lands, such as French bread; rye bread, oatmeal bread, potato bread, cornmeal sometimes mixed with white flour which was called Anadama Bread and the crusty loaf similar to French .bread.
