Theme of the meeting was, "Stewardship and Vocation" Two readings- were read, "Willingness" and "The Stevvardship of Energy" by Mrs. Girvin. This part of the meeting was ,-1' closed with prayer. Mrs. Helena Young welcomed everyone and led the business part of the meeting. Roll call was answered by thirteen members. Thirty-two sick and shut-in visits were reported. Minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted. Treasurer's report was given by Mrs. E. Feagan. Arrangements were then discussed for the lunch after the Anniversairy „service on Sunday October 19th. The service is at, 11 o'clock with Rev. George Watt as special speaker. Sunday School will be cancelled but hope everyone will come to church. The Huron -Perth Presbytery will be held in Holmes'yille,on October 21 and it is hoped as many of the ladies will try and attend as possible.
