general health assessment.

_hearing, vision; floride
brushing of teeth, a blood
test, a developmental test "to
test language,, speech and
motor coordination.
The objective of the
screening tests is to identify-.

to refer the. child to a doctor.
The clinic, held in the Board ,
room of the Assessment
Office and will be held the
same day as the ..hild;health
clinic which is' the third
Thursday of the month. The
procedure takes only 45
minutes and is necessary to
complete, the childs health
record.
