A deal for Santa
'.SANTA'S PREDICAMENT
 y
•
On Christmas morning before
the sun was up 1 was down-
stairs waiting for Santa. 1 went
to bed', before, but I couldn't
sleep so I came down to wait
for any sign of anybody in our
chimney. I was just dozing off
when I heard a faint anise in.
the distance. I jumped up and
looking all around. I saw a pair
of red legs hanging down from
our chimney. I knew it was
Santa because when I looked
outside I saw a sled loaded
down with gifts on, -our front
pawn. I got on my coat and put
a ladder up against our„roof. I
climbed up and looked in the,,
chimney. Santa heard me and
called me to help him. I made -a•
deal with Santa that if 1 got
him :out Of the chimney he
would give ten per cent of all
the profits he made from selling
the 'left -over toys. He_ agreed
and told me to get him out. I
thought it over and decided to
let let him stay there. I took the
keys for his jet sled and drove
off. He took out his walkie-
talkie and called the North -
Pole police. In less than a
minute they were chasing after
me. I shiffed gears and gave the
full power to try and get away
from them.
Little 'did 'I- know that they
,had 4976. .sports sleds and
before .I knew- it they had
' caught me. They threw me in
jail and went off to rescue
Santa. When they got back with
the angry Santa they sentenced

• Santa gat"
speeding ticket
in Frobisher Bay
One Christen s Eve, Santa
loaded this sled and filled it
with gas, (it was a motor sled),
and started the engine and
sped over the snow. At
Frobisher Bay he' got a
speeding -ticket. He took the
ticket and took off. At London
a he ran out gas, but luckly he
had some spare and went on.
He 'went half down it chimney
when he got stuck. He got lose
but when he hit the bottom he
shot up faster than he went
down.`
He went to Toronto and ran
into the red light on the C.N.E.
tower thinking it ° was
Rudolph's nose.
He was flying through the air
wheal he ran out of gas again.
Luckly he landed on his skies
and Rudolph pulled him home
- almost, until his nose (light
bulb) blew.
Luckly Santa had a spare
bulb, so he screwed out the old
bulb and put in the i new. And
they travelled home.
