the, group before, but I .had
clever seen a Saturday -night

The band starts performing
right smartly, then the crowd
falls in behind them and
follows them to practically the
other end of the town.
This crowd was a good block
long - filled the whole roadway,
when they started out
when they returned to the park
'at the south end of the town
nearly' an hour later, the
followers filled the' roadway
from one end of the line to the
other. I don't,know where°they
all came from and Haidee only
recognized a very few .people.
This -was quite a revelation
to m.e. I 'couldn't believe that
EVERYONE would join in the
parade: I just can't imagine it
