victory, for St, .Joseph's School,
Kingsbridge, April 29.
Although the competition
was for students from Grades 1
to 6, the St. Joseph's tumbling
team included students from
Grades 1 to 5.

They, along with their. school
,trincipal and instructor, Clem
-Steffler, were presented a

trophy by -physical education
coordinator John McCarroll.
Mr. McCarroll visited each of
the 19 schools which entered
the competition, judging their
exhibitions independently.
Judging was' close. Most of
the students d-isplayed im-
pressive skills .during
exhibitions. H.ow'ever, Mr.
McCarron' rated the St.
Joseph's team the best. ,
