On Wednesday, April 17, the
Goderjch Ladies Legion,
Auxiliary,- Br. 109, held their
annual InYitational Bowling
Tournament at the Little BoWl
lanes in Goderich. Twenty-
three teams from Clinton,
Exeter, Goderich, • Kincardine,
Lucknow, Owen Sound, RiPlevr,
First place was secured by
the Woodstock team led by
Captain Jenny Thomas. They
rolled up 3,831 points to cap -
Carroll Trophy wasi presented
to the winners by Mrs. Carroll
who donifed it. Each team
member also received a lamp
from the Legion.
The Goderich team led by
Birgit Pederson finished second
with a total of 3,436 points.
