National Police Week has been scheduled for 13-20 May, 1973. During this, week the Goderich Police Force cordially extend an invitation to teachers of Kindergarten and Grades 1 and 2 to arrange a visit to the Police Station. Any teacher wishing to take advantage of this can arrange time and date by contacting the Chief of Police. Also during Police Week any group, either. adult or youth, wishing to have a policeman talk with them is welcome to make arrangements so that as much community police contact as possible results during the week. This does not mean that the remaining 51 weeks the Police Force wishes to remain apart from such contacts. Police Week merely allows Police to devote a little more extra time for such activities.
