14 oz. can pinepple chunks.'
1 cup julienned green pepper
21/2 tablespoons cornstarch.
1 teaspoon soya sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
11/2 cups -chicken bouillon (use
bouillon tubes)
2 cans (61/2 oz. size) chunk tuna
1/4 teaspoon salt,
•freshly ground pepper

LET
canned Chow Mein noodles
Drain pineapple, reserving
juice, in a saucepan, cook
drained pineapple in butter
about. 3 minutes. Add 1/2cup of
the juice and the green pepper
(julienne strips are about 10the
size of --a match). Blend corn-
starch and remaining juice. Stir
this into hot pineapple mixture
along with soya sauce, lemon
juice, sugar and bouillon. Stir -
cook over .medium heat until
thickened. Add Vuna with its bit
of broth, salt and pepper. Heat
to serving temperature. Serve
