each number back to the caller. sure enough the
lucky lady takes home $10.00 °
Even though the mathematical odds are dead
against anyone winning, twice each week Goderich
Bingo enthusiasts turn out to play their favorite
game. Wednesday nights they gather at Harbourlite
Inn for the Lions Club Bingo and Saturday s at the
Legion Hall for the Bingo spons6red by the Royal
Canadian Legion Branch..
Beginning in Januar N he Lions Bingo will move
to the Goderich arena, with the closing, of Har-
bourlite Inn, but it's a sure het their faithful
patrons will move as yvell
An average crowd is 150, with the Lions reporting
some nights in excess of 300. The prizes as a ,rule
aren't all that huge but each week they come back
for more, carrying good luck charms and two packs
of qi,arettes. Apother night studying those rows of
cards and hoping. "BINGO!"
