London was decorated with
baskets '' of mums and two
lighted candelabra' September 8
for the wedding at which Bonnie
Joanne Such and John Stanley
Gdanski exchanged vows- and
rings.
The bride is the daughter of
Dr. and Mrs. H.B. Such,
- Goderit.h, and the groom's
• parents are Dr. and Mrs. S.A.
Gdanski, London.
Rev. Ro r-Wordison officiated
at the ceremony. The wedding
„, mu:sic.o was supplied by D.
Campbell.
Given. in marriage by her
father, the bride wore a floor -
length wedding gown of French
chantilly lace. The bodice with
natural waistline was accented
•- by a Victorian neckline and full
Juliet sleeves caught by wide
cuffs at the wrists. Elegance was
portrayed in the full skirt of silk
organza with an open overskirt.

delicate lace appliques. The
centre of attention was focused
on the beautiful cathedral -
length train which draped
gracefully from the mid -back to
the floor. She carried a bouquet
of red roses with white
stephanotis tied with . white
streamers knotted with
rosebuds.
Maid of . honor' was Karen
Such, sister of the ' bride,
Goderich. The bridesmaids were
Miss -Linda Beer, cousin ' of the
bride, St, Thomas, and Miss
Cheri Gdanski, sister of the
groom, London. They provided
' a colourful background in their
.floor -length gowns of lilac
printed polyesterchiffon with
long full sleeves and high
necklines. Empire waistlines
made way for the softly
gathered skirts. They carried
nosegays of lilac tinted daisies,

The wedding reception was
held at Moose Lodge in London
---which was decorated With fall
flowers.
The mother of the bride wore
a formal -length polyester knit
dress in a powder blue shade
with .a stand-up collar, cap,
sleeves and appliqued with
pearls at the midriff. A white
orchid completed her ensemble.
The mother of the groom wore
a bright moss green, sleeveless
pant -dress with an empire waist
and high stand-up collar. The
slim skirt with slits up to the
waistline showed multi -colored
jersey pants. She wore a white
orchid.
A wedding trip followed to St.
Louis;'Missouri, USA where the
'young couple will reside. The
bride travelled in a- two-piece
black and white checked silk
knitdress, white accessories and
a corsage of red sweetheart
roses,
Showers were given. in the
honor of the bride by maid of
honor Karen Such in Goderich
and the groom's aunt, Mrs.
Allan Gdanski in London.

Honeymoon in north
A wedding trip to Northern
Ontario followed the October 6
late afternoon wedding of Bar:
bara Jean Marlatt and Harvey
William Holland in Ontetrio
Street United Church, Clinton.
The bride is the daughter of

groom's parents *are Mr. and

The bride • wore a pcilvester
satin gown trimmed with
scalloped edging and rose ap-
plique. The A-line dress had a
sheer yoke, a stand-up collar
and long lilypoint sleeves. She
carried a shower of red roses,
pink carnations •and baby's
breath.
Matron of honor' was Mrs.
Larry Duncan, sist=er of the
bride, Kitchener. Bridesmaids
were• Miss Nancy Greenwood.
cousin of the bride, Burford and
. Miss Marilyn Holland; -sister of.
the groom, Clinton: Flowergirl
was Miss .Colleen Maloney.
The attendants wore empire -
waisted heavenly • blue flocked
dacron gowns with sapphire
,blue velvet boleros. The
necklines and hemlines were
ruffled. Each attendant carried
a simple hand bouquet of white
daisies.

delakra "for the, September 23
wedding of Scott B.' Macaulay,
Clinton, son of Mr. and win.
Royce Macaulay, and Connie
Young, Goderich, daughter of
Mr. and Mrd Arnold Young.
Rev. G.L. ° Royal conducted
the double -ring ceremony. The
wedding music included the
wedding march from Romeo
and Juliet and We've Only Just
Begun.
The bride was escorted to the
altar by her father. She wore a
white crepe gown with long
sleeves, a V-neck and a wide
ruffle around the hemline. The
gown was trimmed with French
lace.
Matron of honor was Mrs.
Bruce (Janet) Baechler, sister of
the bride, Sarnia. Bridesmaid
was Cathy Young, also a sister
of the bride, Goderich. The
flowergirl was Miss Susan
Black, Brampton.
The attendants wore A-line
gowns of red dotted swiss with
sweetheart necklines and puff
sleeves. They carried red, white
and blue dried flowers in
baskets.

Cam Colquhoun, 'Clinton, and
Larry Young, Goderich.
The wedding reception was at
Saltford Valley. Hall. -The
bride's mother 'wore a formal
gown of dusty rose crepe with a
