These• same clubs provided. the Family Night program during .Senior Citizens' Week last year and it was really enjoyed by 'ever'yone. One•speeial event of the evening consisted of forming all of the visitors into doubles teams "to play.. against one anotherwith regular club members acting as instructors for each new team. *Tile'purpose of this event was to allow the visitors to become initially familiar with the "knack" of rolling these Specially designed lawn bowls, whieh are designed to travel in a curve, rather than a straight path in their journey of of to 100. feet •from one end of the.g'reen'to thea other. This allows a skilful player all sorts of opportunity to attempt to place as many as possible of his bowls nearest to the "jack".
