A bus load of U.C.W. women
,from Dungannon,, Nile and
"Goderich_ went' ,on a bus trip
through parts of'Huron County. On
their,trip they . visited. `Lueknow
Vanity Fair, shoe factory at
'Seaforth and had a wonderful meal
at North Side United Church at
noon. They ttten travelled. to
Hensall and visited the Traylor
Industries and saw how the
campers were put together. They
called at Hughes Boat Works at
Centralia and went to Grand Bend
to see some beautiful homes
including one designed and built
by Mr. Sherwood's relatives.
Some ladies wished to see the
Museum -at Grand Bend and the
rest went downtown shoppin"'g.
Back at Goderich, .the ladies had
supper at the Victoria St. United
Church. - -

Crediton is vi"siting•with Mr. and
Mrs. John Clements and. Ken.
A community shower 'is to be
heldfsr Sandra Scott on June 19 in
the Church at 8:30 P.M.

During the past week the 'St.
Peter's youth , group has been
fairly stable activity wise. The
only two items left 'fdr the ,year
being planned •are organized,
They are the trip to the Toronto
Science Centre on -Saturday ,"Jutre
24, and the Sunday right after that
theist sc,hedulethmeeting before
the summer. This meeting will- be
in the form of a communion
breakfast in the church hall after
the 8 o'clock mass. At this
meeting the Youth group
members and•their parents will
pe invited. • •
• A member of the steering
committee,•Mrs. Osborn, isin the
process right now of teaching and
playing tennis Tuesday, and'
Thursday nightg after school with
the interested members of 'thee
group. This has contin1 l for
almost a • mot;th now and is
expected to end at the close of the
school years. - -
Even though the group has
decided to stop during • the
summer, they probably will still
lacy-lravi.n
awhile during the holidays. The
group will oficially start again
about a month or two after.,schpol
starts. The dateis not yet certain,
