2 or 3 pounus frying chicken

a-1-3 cups Curry Sauce
1 cup flaked coconut
cup unsifted all-purpose
Combine flour, salt. and pepper,
mix well. 'Coat. chicken with
seasoned flour. Place chicken,
skin side up, in single layer' in
shallow baking pan. Dal with
butter, Bake at 450. F for 15 to 20
'minutes or until -brown. Remove
from. oven. Pour .sauce over•
chicken. Sprinkle with coconut.
Return to oven and hake at 350 F
for 15 td 20 minutes, , or ,until
chicken is done. Makes 3 or 4
servings.
