A new service has begun do a
t"r.ial`basis by the staff in the
front Office of The Signal -Star.
They are ° charting dates of
upcoming events on a calendar
in an effort to asslst locah
service clubs, churches and
other organizations to co-
ordinate their fund-raising
events.
As the system now stand, the
Signal -Star office staff will
chart coming events on their
calendar only .if especially
requested by an officer of -an
organization.
• The Signal -Star office staff,
however, will not be
retponsible for charting all
upcominkevents'in the
community.
It is hoped this service will
alleviate sone problems for
*Goderich and district people
until a .more permanent
arrangement is found.
