Goderich, The Gift Shop,' at the
main entrance to the Alexandra
Hospital, is well patronized. The
gift cart carrying gifts, sundries
and reading material is a
tri -weekly service to patients.
The Auxiliary sponsors' the
Candystripers, a group of
`teenaged girls who do volunteer.
.work which is much, appreciated
by the staff and patients. During

mothers were entertained ,at tea
and awards were presented.

co. -operated with, .'the
Huron -Perth- School 'of Nursing
in Stratford and assisted with
the graduation reception in
,June. A bursary is awarded
annually to a student from
Huron County”registered in this
school of nursing'.
A cystoscope and traction aid
the cost .of $2,374:60 and a
stryker orthopedic table with
nailing assembly costing
$1,375.00 were presented to
Alexandra Hospital.
The sewing group performs
service to the4hospital and these
women accomplish a great .deal
of sewing and mending.,
