HOLLAND WINDMILLS •
/1 package regrigerator • crescent
roll mix
2 ,cups' shredded imported
Holland Edam or Gouda
. On floured board or pastry,
cloth open out and flatten
crescent roll ' dough. Press
perforated cuts together. Roll
out dough until smooth and
•
thin. Generously cover the
dough with shredded imported
Edam or Gouda. Fold over, and
over again, letter fashion. Roll
out again and sprinkle with more
shredded imported Edam or
Gouda. Repeat folding process.
• Roll to '•a" to .3 8" thickness.

2 tablespoons void water
pinch of cayenne

Blend pastry mix
shredded Holland Edarn or
Gouda -and cayenne. Add water.
'Mix well withra fork--untE igh
forms a ball. Roll out Tin.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pat ,
seeds into dough, 'Brush wit4
melted butter;—sprinkle with
more sesame seeds.. Bake in 400.,
degrees oven about 6 minutes
Until lightly browned and •
puffed. Cool. Store in a jar with,
tight fitting lid. Makes 3-4 dozen
small wafers.
