It was noted that not all

off a dead fox when the bounty
is paid., Charles Thomas said it
doesn't harm the pelt to take the
ears since artificial ears are used

Incidentally, council learned
the fox pelt is gaining in value
now because fox fur is regaining
its popularity in the fashion
world. It is hoped this improved
pelt market will encourage more.
